The firm was founded by Joyce Lee, whose perspective is shaped by firsthand exposure to the realities of entrepreneurship. Having grown up in a family of small business owners, she developed an early understanding of the operational, financial, and regulatory challenges that business owners face. That foundation, combined with her professional training, enabled her to provide practical, results-oriented guidance — Lee Accounting Services is a Las Vegas–based CPA firm built on a practical understanding of what it takes to run and sustain a small business. Founder Joyce Lee did not arrive at accounting through theory alone. Her foundation was shaped early, watching family members navigate the uncertainty, pressure, and opportunity that come with entrepreneurship. She saw how financial clarity, or the lack of it, could determine whether a business struggled or scaled.

As those businesses grew, Joyce became a trusted resource, translating complex tax and financial issues into clear, actionable decisions. What began as helping family evolved into a broader realization: many small business owners face the same challenges, but without the right guidance. That insight led her to establish Lee Accounting Services in 2008, with a focus on delivering disciplined, strategic tax support to entrepreneurs nationwide.

With more than 25 years of public accounting experience, Joyce brings depth in tax planning, compliance, and advisory for closely held businesses. Her approach is grounded in precision, foresight, and an understanding that every decision has downstream financial implications. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Nevada.ultimately leading her to establish the firm in 2008 to serve a broader client base.
